About the job

The Marketing & Communications Directorate contributes to the positive image and economic success of the Migros Group. The photo studio, as part of this directorate, primarily produces photographic content to promote the diverse product range for the entire Migros universe.

Important notes: 40% in 2 full days, freely selectable which weekdays

What you will achieve

• Organisation and coordination of photo assignments for Migros' internal photo studio, according to internal guidelines
• Coordination of shootings with internal clients as well as internal and external partners
• Ensuring smooth information flow and timely order processing
• Administrative support of orders, data maintenance and invoicing
• Support in organising photo productions as well as optimising processes and workflows

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Field: in the commercial sector or comparable education
• Professional experience: Experience in a coordinating or administrative role
• Strong organisational talent as well as a very precise and structured way of working
• Quick comprehension and the ability to recognise connections quickly and think in a networked way
• High IT affinity and confident handling of digital systems, processes and Microsoft Office applications
• Good sense for image quality, design and graphic contexts
• Experience in project management
• German (C1)
• English (A2)
