Your tasks are

Reorganisation and further development of the department
Optimisation of processes and interfaces with internal departments
Professional leadership and support of the team
Ensuring proper and timely handling of all tasks in internal sales
Preparation of invoices, credit notes and delivery notes
Responsibility for returns and complaints management
Telephone and written advice as well as support of our demanding customers across our entire product range (D/F/I/E)
Processing orders (material availability, clarification of delivery times and prices) as well as answering individual customer enquiries
Recording and maintenance of customer and other master data
Close cooperation with internal stakeholders such as field sales, purchasing, warehouse, logistics as well as with all other laboratory locations
Preparation of various statistics
Participation in projects and special topics
Ensuring a high level of service quality towards customers and partners
