For our client, an internationally leading cosmetics company in Lachen SZ, we are immediately seeking a motivated Production Operator 2-Shift (m/f/d). Production Operator 2-Shift (m/f/d)

Your main tasks

• Operating and monitoring filling machines under cleanroom conditions
• Careful packaging of filled products according to quality specifications
• Performing cleaning tasks of the equipment, the line, and the surroundings, as well as responsibility for cleanliness and order in the production area
• Ensuring product quality through constant monitoring during the production process
• Strictly following cleanroom and hygiene guidelines to guarantee the highest cleanliness
• Maintenance and cleaning of filling machines to ensure smooth operation
• Accurate record-keeping of production and quality protocols
• Ensuring a safe and organised working environment

Your profile

• Experience in production, ideally in a cleanroom or similar environment, is an advantage – but motivated career changers are also warmly welcome!
• You should be able to speak German well to integrate effectively into the team
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (early and late shifts)
• You work precisely and pay attention to compliance with hygiene standards
• You enjoy working in a team and contribute to a positive working atmosphere
• You are punctual and reliable to ensure smooth production processes
