• You will take over the active support of existing customers via digital and telephone channels.
  
• From analysing individual customer needs to the final policy conclusion, you will independently handle enquiries.
  
• You recognise potential in customer dialogue early and advise accurately on suitable product solutions.
• Through your competent advice, you build long-term trust relationships and ensure the highest quality standards.

• Industry-specific foundation in the insurance environment (e.g. corresponding intermediary qualification or solid practical experience in the property insurance sector).
  
• Bilingualism at a high level: business fluent German combined with very good French skills.
• Enthusiasm for daily customer contact as well as a pronounced sales and service gene.
  
• Solution- and goal-oriented attitude with high self-motivation and strong team spirit.
