Tasks
Through optimal management regarding sales readiness, product presentation, and sales promotion, you offer our customers the best possible shopping experience. You lead and support your employees and are responsible for ensuring that the economic principles such as net revenue, liquidations, personnel costs, inventory write-offs, and inventory discrepancies are adhered to in the assigned department. Additionally, you ensure compliance with quality and POS guidelines such as freshness/quality, hygiene, temperature regulations, and expiry dates. Besides your main duties, you take over the management of the sales outlet in the absence of the management.
Requirements
- Completed basic training in retail or equivalent professional experience in sales
- Experience in a comparable role with leadership responsibilities
- High commitment and service orientation
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Independent, clean, and careful working style as well as system affinity
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Friendly and team-oriented personality with a well-groomed appearance
