About the Opportunity
At Nestlé Operations, we put people at the core of everything we do. Within the Manufacturing, Engineering & Safety (MES) division, our teams work collaboratively to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable operations across our global network of factories and sites.We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Head of Manufacturing, Engineering and Safety (MES). As a key enabler of effective collaboration, you will contribute to maintaining a smooth, efficient, and professional working environment.
This position is a temporary mission of 8.5 months, employed under a Randstad contract.
Your Responsibilities - You will be the backbone of daily operations for the MES leadership and team.
Your daily tasks will include

Executive Support: Managing agendas, coordinating workshops, meetings, and complex travel arrangements for the Head of MES.

Operational & Team Support: Providing general administrative support to the broader MES team.

Event Management: Organizing team events and workshops, managing logistics, program development, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.

HR Support: Assisting the Performance Acceleration team with recruitment logistics, contracts, work permits, and social security coordination (in collaboration with HRBP and global mobility teams).

Onboarding: Overseeing the arrival and integration of new team members.

Procurement: Managing the procurement process, including PR/PO creation and budget follow-up.
What Makes You Successful

Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar, ideally within an international corporate environment.

Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; you thrive when handling multiple priorities.

Communication: Effective communication skills and confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders.

Values: Reliability, discretion, and a high level of respect for confidentiality.

Mindset: Proactive, service-oriented, and solution-focused. You work well independently but are a strong team player.

Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Experience with SharePoint and Concur is a significant advantage.

Languages: Fluency in English (mandatory); French is considered a strong plus.
