We are the first fully vegan bakery in Switzerland, a community that shows that vegan does not mean sacrifice. Our mission is to make sustainable consumption accessible to everyone. For our new, high-traffic location, we are looking for the following from 1 December 2026:

Sales Assistant Bakery Bakery St. Gallen, 60-100%

Tasks

• Advising and attending to guests as well as walk-in customers
• Active sale of all products available in the branch
• Preparation of various hot and cold drinks
• Compliance with, assurance of, and completion of all hygiene and quality measures
• Baking and finishing of baked goods as needed

Qualifications

• EFZ qualification and several years of experience in the gastronomy or bakery sector are advantageous
• Good communication and social skills & positive demeanour
  Good oral and written knowledge of French
• Ambition and interest in barista skills
• Enthusiasm for selling our products
• Open to new things & good knowledge of German
• High flexibility - we are open 365 days a year
• You love a busy environment and can handle stress well
