Employee Product Management SAFe 80-100%
This is what your everyday work looks like
- Together with the Product Managers, you further develop the ART vision, product strategy, and roadmap. For this, you prepare information and decision-making bases in an understandable way.
- You create order in the ART backlog and prepare features for prioritisation.
- For risks, dependencies, and open points, you coordinate the necessary clarifications and ensure that everyone keeps an overview.
- For PI Plannings and PI System Demos, you prepare progress, results, and decisions. Communication and tracking the next steps are also part of this.
- With product and ART metrics, you make developments visible. You create regular reports and support the Product Managers in continuously improving products and processes.
This is what you bring with you
- A completed education or degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field, as well as initial experience in project management, business analysis, or a similar function, are part of your profile.
- Ideally, you already work in an agile environment and know SAFe or a comparable framework from practice.
- You structure complex information understandably and convey it appropriately for different target groups.
- You work independently, carefully, and in a structured manner even with several topics simultaneously. You appreciate collaboration with different roles and departments.
- You bring joy in product development, processes, and continuous improvement, as well as a good sense of connections and priorities.
Good reasons - typical CSS
- Work flexibly: Adjust your work annually to your lifestyle - with part-time options and other flexible models such as home office and more.
- Choose your holiday model: 5 or 6 weeks of holiday? Your decision. Accordingly, you work 41 or 42 hours per week.
- Further your education: We like it when you continue your education internally or externally and support generously with time and money.
- Celebrate with us: Focused work and exuberant celebrations. We love this combination and practise it regularly.
- Engage socially: Life is good to you? Then share your happiness with others and broaden your horizons alone or in a team.
- Enjoy your wallet: Benefits such as bonus, Reka, discounted health insurance premiums, and more, which quickly amount to a few thousand per year.
