Acute ward G1, specialising in geriatric psychiatry
Your tasks
- Holistic care and support of patients with acute mental illnesses as well as severe cognitive and somatic impairments
- Supporting patients in undertaking activities of daily living, including personal hygiene
- Implementation of nursing and milieu therapeutic measures specified in the treatment plan using evidence-based methods
- Collaboration and taking responsibility in interprofessional teams to further develop nursing and treatment concepts as well as to help shape new ward-specific concepts
Your profile
- Completed diploma recognised by the SRK as Dipl. Nurse HF or FH
- Ideally experience in psychiatric nursing
- Interest and enjoyment in working with elderly people with somatic and psychiatric conditions
- Team spirit and willingness to collaborate interprofessionally
- Open and reflective attitude towards new challenges
