A company is looking for an experienced IT professional to operate and further develop the internal IT infrastructure. You will manage workstations, servers and cloud services and ensure that the systems function securely, stably and reliably.
In this versatile role, you will participate in IT projects, support various departments and coordinate external service providers as needed. You can also apply your knowledge of Microsoft technologies, IT security and modern workplace solutions effectively.
Responsibilities:
Installation, configuration and maintenance of clients, mobile devices, servers and peripherals
Operation and further development of Microsoft 365, cloud and client infrastructure
Analysis and resolution of faults as well as ensuring stable and secure IT operations
Administration of user accounts and permissions in Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune
Participation in IT projects, rollouts, migrations and implementation of security requirements
Maintenance of technical documentation as well as coordination of external service providers and suppliers
Qualifications:
Completed IT training, ideally as an IT specialist EFZ
Several years of professional experience in operating and supporting IT infrastructures
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and administration of clients and servers
Knowledge of IT security, user management as well as asset and licence management
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a strong service orientation
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; further training in IT or Microsoft is an advantage
