About the job
For a successful industrial company, we are looking for a committed individual as Payroll & HR Administration Specialist (60-100%).
Tasks
- Independent responsibility for the monthly payroll processing
- Administrative support of the entire employee lifecycle from entry to exit
- Maintenance of personnel master data as well as management of personnel files
- Processing of changes, absences and time management issues
- Contact person for employees and supervisors regarding payroll, social security and HR administration questions
- Support in HR projects and process optimisations
- Collaboration with internal and external parties
Profile
- Commercial basic training
- Further training in human resources, payroll or social security is an advantage
- Several years of experience in Swiss payroll processing and HR administration
- Good knowledge of Swiss social security systems
- Experience with Abacus is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Independent, precise and structured way of working
- High discretion and sense of responsibility
- Service-oriented personality with confident appearance
