What to expect
- You accompany the residents in their daily lives, support them with activities they can no longer manage independently, and actively contribute to shaping their daily routine.
- In addition, you perform tasks in the field of medical technology, such as blood sampling, blood pressure measurements, or the professional care of wounds.
- Additionally, you take on administrative/organisational tasks and work closely with your team, regularly coordinating with each other.
What you bring
- Successfully completed school education (Level A or B) as well as good German language skills
- Reliability, service orientation, and a quick grasp of things
- Empathy in dealing with elderly people
- Team spirit as well as polite demeanour
- Physical and mental resilience
