Your Area of Responsibility

Accompanying trains on the Gornergrat Bahn network
Supporting and advising guests before, during, and after the journey
Ensuring a safe, punctual, high-quality, and customer-friendly railway operation
Ensuring excellent customer service in Täsch, Zermatt, and at the Gornergrat Bahn transfer points
Assisting with sled rental in winter

Your Profile

You have completed training as a retail specialist in public transport or have a comparable qualification in the commercial or service sector (e.g., sales or tourism)
Your passion for daily customer contact is unmistakable, and you radiate a high willingness to serve
You have very good German and English skills - any additional language is a welcome bonus
You convince our customers with a friendly and well-groomed appearance
Residence in the Mattertal is an advantage
