Profile
As a Family&Kids Activity Leader, you take pride in welcoming every guest attentively and kindly. You ensure a pleasant atmosphere for our guests, especially for families and the little ones. You are responsible for organizing and conducting birthday parties for children. With decorations and animations, you create a real restaurant experience so that the birthday party remains memorable for the children for a long time. Your desire is to inspire our guests from young to old with your commitment, charm, and creativity. You can hardly wait to create well-organized and cheerful WOW moments for life and are available during the following time slots:
Wednesday: from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday: from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
As a Family&Kids Activity Leader, you are there for our guests and also support the restaurant team. Your tasks include:
• Coordination and execution of birthday parties and children's activities within the available budget
• You ensure a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant, appropriately using decorations, POP materials, merchandising, etc.
• Greeting our guests with special care and joy. Conducting tastings and kitchen tours in the restaurant. You collect guest surveys and respond appropriately to needs and complaints
• Supporting the restaurant team in preparing and serving products according to standards
• Co-responsibility for the inventory of birthday items
