About the job
The district capital Dietikon is a vibrant regional center and an important economic location in the rapidly growing Limmattal. The fifth largest city in the canton of Zurich has around 28,000 inhabitants and about 3,100 students.
The Dietikon school currently comprises six school units. It has many years of experience in special education and integration.
The Luberzen school unit is located in the municipal triangle of Urdorf, Schlieren, and Dietikon, within walking distance to the Glanzenberg S-Bahn station. At this dedicated QUIMS school, kindergarten, primary, and secondary school classes are taught. The entire school unit works according to the pedagogical concept of New Authority and offers freely selectable day care.
To complement the team, we are looking for the following from August 1, 2026:
- Class management with approx. 17-28 teaching units
- Subject canon: German and English mandatory, can be flexibly supplemented with RZG, WAH, MI, F, RKE or BS.
- Preparation, execution, and follow-up of lessons
- Close cooperation within the grade team
- Joint further development of school unit-specific projects
- Active participation in the pedagogical, grade, and school team
- Swiss teaching diploma or EDK-recognized diploma for this school level
- Flexibility, willingness to cooperate, and humor
- Structured and dynamic work attitude
