To complete the team of medical secretariats of the Cardiology Outpatient Clinics of the Cardiocentro Ticino Institute in Lugano, Mendrisio and Bellinzona, we are looking for a
Administrative Employee (80 - 100%)
Profile:
The medical secretariat team mainly handles activities such as patient reception, drafting medical reports, billing and appointment management.
We are looking for a lively, flexible and dynamic person, capable of facing daily challenges with initiative, always remaining calm even under pressure. The ideal candidate has a strong aptitude for managing multiple tasks simultaneously and can perform secretarial duties independently with efficiency, speed and precision; they are also attentive to prioritisation. They understand the importance of confidentiality and professional secrecy.
Necessary requirements:
- Federal Certificate of Capacity as a commercial employee (commercial professional maturity is a preferred qualification);
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office) and typing skills;
- Availability to work shifts during the week (Monday to Friday) and at multiple locations;
- Availability to start work at short notice;
- Cooperation skills and team spirit;
- In addition to Italian, knowledge of another national language or English;
- Professional experience in the healthcare sector is a preferred qualification.
