Do you want to help companies sustainably strengthen their security organisation and identify technical risks early? In this role, you accompany clients from analysing existing security structures to designing and implementing appropriate protective measures. You operate at the interface between business requirements, IT architecture, and cybersecurity and work together with various specialists on solutions that are both technically robust and feasible in everyday business.
Responsibilities:
You advise companies on building, introducing, and further developing holistic cybersecurity management systems.
You examine IT infrastructures and technical architectures, identify vulnerabilities, and assess potential security risks.
You translate business requirements into concrete technical security concepts, architectural specifications, and suitable measures.
You conduct risk analyses and support clients in prioritising and addressing identified risks.
You accompany the selection and integration of modern cybersecurity technologies into existing IT environments.
You assist in defining and further developing security policies, processes, and control mechanisms.
You contribute your expertise to client projects and participate in developing new security services and solution approaches.
You collaborate with internal specialists and clients to communicate security requirements clearly and develop viable solutions.
Qualifications:
You have completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification at university/FH/HF level or hold a CAS/MAS in information security.
You have practical knowledge in conducting risk analyses and developing technical security concepts.
You bring professional experience in cybersecurity consulting, information security, or auditing.
You are familiar with established security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001/27002, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, or BSI IT-Grundschutz.
You analyse complex issues systematically and develop comprehensible, actionable recommendations.
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and place great value on high quality.
You are interested in new technologies, actively contribute to the team, and engage openly with different stakeholders.
You understand customer needs and can communicate technical matters appropriately for the audience.
You communicate very well in German and confidently in English, both spoken and written.
