To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Chemist (a), 100%.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the timely manufacture and delivery of a commercial peptide product
- Ensuring a smooth batch process in production, quality control, and quality assurance
- Monitoring product performance, quality, yield, and delivery reliability
- Analysis of process and production data as well as identification of optimisation potential
- Support in handling deviations, OOS/OOE cases, and CAPA measures
- Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and production workflows
- Close collaboration with production, QA, QC, supply chain, TechOps, and other interfaces
- Support during audits, inspections, and customer enquiries
- Participation in product-related lifecycle and change management activities
- Active involvement in cross-departmental projects to ensure efficient and GMP-compliant production
Your profile
- Completed degree in chemistry (university or university of applied sciences)
- Deep understanding of technical equipment as well as interdisciplinary interest
- Knowledge of formulation and automation of production processes (e.g. PCS7) is an advantage
- Professional and project-related leadership skills
- Practical, conceptual, and analytical working style
- Strong team spirit and communication skills
- Reliability, high sense of responsibility, and precise working method
- Excellent German skills and good English skills
