Together with an experienced school management team and competent staff, you will lead the Hergiswil school into the future. You convince with clear educational visions, organizational skills, and an inclusive personality.
The Hergiswil school is an innovative school with around 430 students and about 110 teachers who teach very committedly at three locations. It includes kindergarten, primary, and secondary school. The gifted ski alpine program celebrated its 20th anniversary. Its care offerings are being expanded based on demand. It is particularly proud of its music school. On its behalf, we are looking for the 2026/27 school year for a
Head of Comprehensive School
with passion and leadership strength (80 – 100%)
Together with an experienced school management team, you take over the overall operational responsibility at the educational, personnel, financial, organizational, and administrative levels. You communicate transparently internally and externally, work closely with the school commission, and represent the school.
We are looking for a personality with completed leadership training and several years of experience in school management, who pursues educational visions with prudence and foresight as a team player. You have pronounced communication strengths, a confident appearance, as well as organizational and negotiation skills. Appreciative personnel management, business management knowledge, and IT affinity are a matter of course for you. Humor, resilience, and the courage to take new paths and further develop the school participatively round off your profile perfectly.
You will receive the support of an experienced school management team and a committed school administration.
