Our client is an internationally very successful SME from the industry with customers from various sectors. At the headquarters with around 180 employees, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a colleague for the four-person clerical team as

Internal Sales Clerk with Export Duties (m/f/d) – daily Italian and some English

The focus of this independent role includes:

• Contacts with customers and suppliers in German and Italian as well as occasionally in English
• Order processing from A to Z and export coordination (no export documentation creation)
• Close cooperation with the Sales Manager in Italy
• Clarifications with purchasers, developers and logisticians
• Internal contacts with production and sales
• Handling shipments and scheduling exports
• Various general organisational tasks

You:

• have fluent knowledge of German and Italian as well as intermediate English skills
• have a commercial education (business school, commercial college), professional experience in order processing and are interested in learning about export processes
• enjoy an independent role with daily contact to Italy
• fit well into an open-minded and committed team
