From 22 September 2026 we are looking for exactly you, for a customer in the banking sector at our service centre in Fribourg - we look forward to your application.

• Receiving customer enquiries by telephone
• Identifying customers
• Finding solutions
• Removing/extending deadlines
• Competent and friendly advice to customers in written and telephone form (e.g. in e-banking)
• Carrying out administrative tasks such as handling correspondence

• You conduct telephone consultations in German and French or Italian
• You speak and/or understand Swiss German
• You enjoy contact with people and convince with your empathetic and service-oriented manner
• A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required for the position
• Good PC skills are a requirement
• Experience in customer service and the banking sector is an advantage
• You are looking for a hybrid working model in which you can work mostly from home

• Workload 80 - 100% possible
• After the induction and familiarisation phase (2 to 3 weeks), home office is possible
• Starting salary of CHF 4,519.-. The salary is paid 12 times per year.
• Up to the 5th year of service, one extra day of holiday each year
• Working hours from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 21:00 (early or late shift), as well as two Saturdays per month from 09:00 to 13:00
