Your Tasks
- In this responsible position, you will significantly contribute to the holistic, pedagogical, and social psychiatric support of adults with various impairments and challenging behavior
- You will accompany the integration of users into their social environment
- You will be actively involved in the conception and further development of innovative approaches, particularly at the interfaces between psychiatry and disability assistance, to create sustainable participation opportunities
- Through independent case management, you will make informed decisions and carefully document the key themes of the users
- You will coordinate the group’s daily activities, work interdisciplinary, and promote a respectful, inclusive atmosphere
Your Profile
- Completed studies in Social Work FH, Social Education HF, or an equivalent qualification
- Solid expertise in social psychiatric support as well as in working with people with mental impairments and challenging behavior
- Commitment to implementing the human rights convention in everyday life and to providing inclusive, respectful support
- Interest in the development and implementation of innovative concepts as well as in co-designing projects in the field of disability assistance
- Strong resource orientation, resilience, teamwork skills, and an independent, solution-oriented working style
