At our innovative plant in Thayngen, we have been producing the majority of our products exclusively according to Swiss recipes for over 100 years.
JOB PURPOSE:
This role aims to shape a culture of quality, food safety, and continuous improvement. You will lead the quality team at the Thayngen site and ensure that our products meet the highest quality and hygiene standards from raw material to finished product. By managing internal and external audits, implementing effective improvement measures, and continuously developing quality management, you will make an important contribution to gaining the trust of our consumers and customers every day anew.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN TASKS BE:
- Leading and further developing the Quality department at the Thayngen site.
- Ensuring quality, food safety, and compliance along the entire value chain.
- Responsibility for quality management systems, audits, and the continuous optimisation of processes and standards.
- Managing the areas of Food Safety, HACCP, hygiene, and allergen management.
- Controlling quality complaints, claims, and corrective actions.
- Analysing quality indicators and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed studies in food sciences, natural sciences, or engineering, food technology, or a comparable field in engineering, technology, chemistry, or biotechnology
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in quality management
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Experience in leading and developing employees.
- Confident use of MS Office and common IT applications.
- Experience with SAP, ideally SAP QM.
- Knowledge in specification management as well as in quality management systems, certifications, and audits
