About the job
Your Tasks
Together with the HR Services team (4 employees), you ensure the correct payroll processing for around 2,200 employees. You independently carry out the monthly payment and booking runs, including checks and mutations.
You are jointly responsible for the comprehensive handling of all payroll-related matters and process social insurance cases. You advise employees and managers on questions related to payroll accounting and time management. You also actively participate in system maintenance and the further development of payroll and time management processes.
We are planning to harmonize the payroll systems and employment conditions (including pension fund) of Domicil and Spitex. If you have (project) experience in this area, this is an additional advantage for you.

- You are an experienced HR/payroll specialist and enjoy tasks in HR administration
