We are Schlup AG – a specialist retail company for stationery, office machines and modern
office furnishings. At our location in Lengnau, we combine personal advice with
contemporary workplace solutions. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed
individual who brings organisational talent and enjoyment in customer contact.

Your tasks
● Order processing from A to Z: recording customer orders, monitoring delivery dates and accompanying orders up to
invoicing.
● Customer and article master data: carefully maintain and keep data up to date.
● Active lead management and acquisition (at least 20%): you contact potential customers, clarify their
needs and consistently pursue sales opportunities. You also handle enquiries and
contacts generated by our marketing and social media activities.

Your profile
● Commercial basic training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification; experience in sales support or
retail is an advantage.
● Enjoyment in customer contact: communicative, reliable and with the necessary perseverance in follow-up.
● Digitally proficient: confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems (ideally SelectLine); interest in
social media marketing and digital communication channels.
● Independent and meticulous: structured working method, initiative and pronounced
service orientation.
● Linguistically convincing: excellent, stylistically confident German skills in spoken and written form; French and
English are an advantage.
