Your main tasks
- Together with the department's trainer, you share responsibility for vocational training on the ward
- You accompany, promote and enable the trainees on their path to becoming our future specialists
- Within the framework of the learning and working group (LAG), you work with the trainees in all shifts directly at the patient’s bedside
- You design the LAG according to FaGe competencies
- With great joy and commitment, you shape the individual learning processes here and let the trainees benefit from your know-how
- Your communication skills are not neglected, as you conduct regular training discussions and assess the trainees after each placement
Your profile
- You have successfully completed your training as a health professional and already have professional experience in the acute sector
- Great if you have already completed a pedagogical training (SVEB), otherwise we are very happy to support you in this
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You are willing to develop professionally and personally
