Do you have experience with children and adolescents in residential care as well as supporting their families?
Are you familiar with the Vaud network, while having a sense of responsibility and initiative?

This position is certainly for you!
Our Mission: The Cour home provides emergency care for an initial duration of 1 day to 3 months, for eight children aged 4 to 15 years. Our mission is to ensure the minor's safety, work closely with families and the placement service, and assess the feasibility of a return to the family or medium to long-term placement.
Your role: Accompany the group daily - Ensure educational co-references with a systemic approach - Participate in professional meetings - Support parental visits - Contribute to a positive team dynamic.
Your profile:
Swiss ES, HES diploma or equivalent - SEFRI mandatory for foreign diplomas,
Proven experience in family interviews,
Ability to work both in a team and independently,
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field,
Driving license required,
Proficiency in common IT tools with good writing skills,
Trainer practitioner training is an asset.
