Trade Marketer (m/f/d)
Region Zug
In this role, you are responsible for sustainable growth in the assigned area, focusing on the Zug region, by implementing sales and trade marketing activities in close cooperation with the assigned customers. Ideally, you live in this region to ensure efficient support of your sales outlets.
Position:
As a Trade Marketer you will:
- Territory planning and implementation: plan customer visits, prepare and conduct them based on data, optimise route plans and ensure the implementation of sales and marketing standards.
- Business insights and customer consulting: analyse performance and customer data, derive clear sales arguments and train retailers in category management as well as new products and innovations.
- Strategic selling and negotiating: conduct negotiations within guidelines, handle objections professionally and ensure compliance and product placement according to specifications.
- Product availability and logistics: ensure product availability and influence orders.
- Performance management and reporting: maintain CRM data and use resources responsibly to achieve KPIs in the assigned area. Support continuous improvement and actively implement the JTI feedback culture.
Requirements:
- Completed training with further education in sales or business administration. Higher education is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer-facing environment, ideally in the consumer goods industry.
- Commercial mindset, negotiation skills as well as strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to analyse data and derive concrete measures from it.
- Structured working style as well as very good planning and self-organisation skills.
- Confident handling of CRM systems and MS Office.
- Fluent German skills and good English skills.
