Your Tasks

• You conduct telephone interviews with Swiss companies and analyse their use of IT and telecommunications.
• You update company and personal data and ensure that our data is always up to date.
• You carry out customer-specific surveys and various telephone assignments.
• You carefully record the collected information and check the data for completeness and accuracy.

What You Bring

• You are interested in IT and telecommunications and enjoy developing further in this field.
• You can quickly establish a personal and friendly contact with others over the phone.
• You have good written German skills and speak Swiss German.
• You want to work between 60 and 100%.
• Knowledge of French or Italian is a plus but not a requirement.
