Head of Property Maintenance (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities with a view to the company’s objectives:
- Professional and personnel management of the property maintenance department
- Planning and coordination of employees and assignments
- Organisation and supervision of maintenance, servicing and repair work
- Ensuring quality, safety and cleanliness of the managed properties
- Support and advice for customers and administrations
- Coordination of external craftsmen and service providers
- Monitoring costs, deadlines and work quality
- Preparation of offers and calculations as well as control of services rendered
- Participation in customer acquisition and further development of the property maintenance department
- Optimisation and further development of workflows
Your skills to advance us as well as our customers and employees:
- Completed vocational or technical basic training
- Completed training or further education in facility management
- Several years of professional experience in property maintenance or facility management
- Leadership experience and strong organisational talent
- Good knowledge of property management and technical maintenance
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Good user knowledge of common MS Office programmes
- Driving licence category B
