Job DescriptionWhat you will achieve with us:
* You are responsible for the entire process around the sale of spare parts (from offer to delivery)
o Preparation of offer bases, calculation and quotation
o Administrative and commercial processing of spare parts orders
o Order processing including project monitoring and support, invoicing
o Building your own specialist knowledge to fulfil the task
* You are enthusiastic about independent customer and supplier communication
* You take responsibility for quality, costs and delivery deadlines
* You take over price calculation and price enquiries with suppliers
* You actively participate in process optimisations within your area of responsibility
* You ensure the smooth running of the delivery of spare parts packages
* You are result-oriented:
o Ensuring compliance with specifications according to budget, calculation and resources
o Proactive action when recognising delays and errors
Profile sought
What you bring:
* Completed commercial or technical basic training
* Good user knowledge of SAP
* Proficient use of MS Office
* Experience in dealing with customers
* Good German and English skills, spoken and written; French skills are an advantage
* You are committed and enjoy working in a team
