The Heilpädagogische Zentrum Hagendorn is an institution for around 140 children and adolescents with cognitive impairments, physical disabilities, or multiple disabilities. The core areas are a day school with a boarding facility, the orientation level (career finding), and integrative training in community schools.

Your Tasks - Residential Area

Accompanying children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities
Creating a cozy living atmosphere and promoting a positive community culture
Designing diverse and enriching leisure activities
Administrative and organizational tasks of the residential group

Your Tasks - School Area

Supporting teachers in the classroom
Taking on targeted lesson preparation tasks
Supporting individual students during lessons
Accompanying students during lunch and the design of the lunch break

Your Profile

Completed vocational training EFZ
Interest and joy in working with children with intellectual and/or multiple disabilities
Experience in youth work (Jubla, Pfadi, etc.) is an advantage
Flexible, proactive, and resilient personality
Team player
