Your area of responsibility
- Co-care of outpatient patients in
adulthood across the entire spectrum of mental illnesses within the framework of social psychiatric basic care - Contributing personal, reflective experiential knowledge to the support
- Promoting recovery and individual recovery paths
- Participation in network discussions and interprofessional treatment processes
- Active shaping of interdisciplinary collaboration as well as an open knowledge and learning culture
- Bringing the peer perspective into the further development of our psychiatric services
Your competencies
- Completed training as a recovery companion / family recovery companion
- Interest in social medical issues and innovative models of psychiatric care
- Empathetic, creative and resilient personality with a positive basic attitude, high flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Patient-, team- and network-oriented way of working
