To strengthen our IT team at the headquarters in Muri near Bern, we are looking for a committed individual by arrangement as

ICT Application Manager (m/f/d) 100%

These are your main tasks:

• Ensuring the monitoring of ongoing application operations
  (availability, performance, recovery, security)
• Consulting, support and training of users in application handling
• Analysing and resolving disruptions and errors within the applications
• Monitoring and coordinating support tickets with external suppliers
• Creating specific evaluations and statistics, as well as investigations
• Providing data for user training/coordination with education
• Assisting in general IT operations and support of the IT department

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training in IT, preferably in the field of
  system technology / training as a business informatics specialist HF/FH or certified technician HF IT
• Experience in applications operations and service operation
• Know-how in applications and service engineering, ergonomics,
  information security and quality management
• Communicative and team-oriented personality with a pronounced process understanding
• Very good German, good French and English skills, Italian skills desirable
