Plan and implement highly available IT infrastructures on-premises and in the cloud
Advise customers on IT solutions and conduct training
Install, configure, and optimise Microsoft, VMware & Azure environments as well as Sophos firewalls
Monitor customer infrastructures and quickly resolve faults
Work closely with the Mission Control team and provide professional support to junior colleagues
Qualifications:
Successfully completed training in computer science/system technology, supplemented by relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft, VMware)
Several years of professional experience in implementing IT projects, ideally in the environment of an IT service provider (at least 5 years)
Very good knowledge of Microsoft, VMware, Azure and firewall technologies such as Sophos
Experience in monitoring IT systems and proactive fault resolution
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
