About the job

The Reissverschluss area (work integration program) is currently establishing a four-week basic assessment. The sought specialist supports social assistance recipients in developing realistic professional perspectives and jointly assesses key competencies, resilience, and motivation with them. They conduct practical and theoretical assessments, accompany participants in the workshop daily routine, and create a concise situation analysis based on tests, conversations, and observations with recommendations for the next steps of professional or social integration.
The Reissverschluss area (work integration program) is looking for a immediate temporary position until the end of 2027
Your tasks
- Development and co-development of the newly created "Basic Assessment" offer, with the possibility to institutionalize the offer upon success
- Conducting basic assessments with social assistance recipients and refugees
- Participation in case discussions and exchange with group leaders and referring agencies
- Completion of case-related administrative and planning tasks
- Preparation of reports
Your profile
- Qualified training in social work or work integration
- Further training in job coaching, supported employment, or case management is an advantage
- Professional experience in work integration or job placement
- Strong social skills, communication abilities, and empathy
- Administrative and organizational skills
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent and confident written and spoken expression in German
