What you can achieve with us.

Your main tasks include:

• Ensuring a well-groomed appearance as the first point of contact for internal and external customer concerns
• Politely answering and forwarding incoming telephone calls
• Handling internal mail
• Managing meeting rooms
• Booking travel arrangements
• Various general administrative tasks

What defines you.

• Training in (advanced) gastronomy/hospitality
• Several years of professional experience in reception or similar positions - preferably in an international environment/company
• A service provider by deepest conviction
• Native German speaker with very good English skills, both spoken and written
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
• Friendly, open, and warm appearance
• Dress code: classic/well-groomed appropriate to the reception environment
