AP Dialog AG is a leading provider of call centre and telemarketing services. The range of services extends from the telephone information service 118811, the support of inbound hotlines to the handling of complex outbound campaigns for various companies from diverse industries.
Your main responsibilities include:
Receiving written and telephone customer enquiries for an energy company. Creating payment agreements and payment stops, processing electricity meter readings and relocation notifications, receiving and handling complaints as well as processing enquiries about photovoltaics (PVA). Professional communication both orally and in writing characterises your daily work.
Your profile:
- You have experience in telephone customer contact
- You have an accent-free, clear manner of expression and adapt to
the needs of the customers
- You speak accent-free Swiss German and French at B2 level
- You have a commercial background and have gained initial experience in administration
- Confident use of MS Office
We offer:
- Work partly from home office, partly on-site at the Baden / AG office
- Working hours Monday – Friday 7.30 am – 5.30 pm
- Initially paid hourly, depending on performance paid monthly
- Interesting and varied range of tasks
