Head of Services 80 - 100% (a) Bern

Your tasks

• Technical leadership of the Service area: Operation Services team and Professional Services team (approx. 20 employees)
• Personnel management of the team leaders of Operation Services and Professional Services
• Further development of the service portfolio, service offerings, and service strategy
• Ensuring structured project execution as well as comprehensive support and guaranteeing smooth IT operations for our customers together with the team
• Standardisation and optimisation of operational processes as well as implementation of company standards
• Improvement of processes and collaboration with the Compliance, Security, and Sales teams
• Coaching and development of employees (both professionally and personally)

Your profile

• Solid education or further training in the field of computer science (EFZ/HF)
• At least 5 years of practical experience in technical/personnel leadership
• At least 5 years of experience in system engineering
• Very good expertise in our technologies: Microsoft 365 environment (M365, Intune, MDM, Teams), Proxmox (PVE), Omnissa Horizon
• Customer-oriented, independent and structured working style and team spirit
• High communication skills with customers and employees
• Motivation for personal and professional development
• High degree of self-organisation
