The IMK AG provides high-quality services in healthcare: office management for medical societies and associations, congress management as well as communication and financial consulting. Our clients are renowned organisations in the Swiss healthcare sector.

Are numbers your passion? In this versatile and responsible position, you will take on the leadership and further development of the finance department. You will work closely with management and be responsible for an efficient and transparent financial organisation for our company as well as selected mandates.

Your tasks

• Organisational, professional and personnel management of the financial accounting department with responsibility for accounts receivable and payable, payment transactions as well as annual accounts for the main business and for our clients
• Budgeting & forecasts, controlling, profitability analyses
• Further development and expansion of finance, accounting and controlling (processes/tools)
• VAT returns and basic tax issues

Your profile

• Federal diploma in finance and accounting (or degree with specialisation in controlling & accounting or similar qualification)
• Several years of experience in a comparable role, ideally with mandate responsibility
• Very good MS Office skills (Excel); experience with Sage (accounting) an advantage
• Strong independence, organisational talent and hands-on mentality
• Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial action, team player with clear communication
• German at native speaker level; French/English spoken & written an advantage
