For Senevita Erlenmatt in Basel we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a

HR Employee 50-60%

• Support in the entire personnel administration and maintenance of personnel files
• Management and updating of all personnel data and changes
• Preparation of employment contracts and other personnel-related documents
• Invitation of candidates to trial days and interviews

• Ideally an HR training as an HR assistant or a commercial basic education
• Experience with REXX, Swiss Salary and PEP time recording system is an advantage
• Very good PC skills as well as German language skills in spoken and written form
• High service orientation and friendly demeanor
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and independent working style
