The Pharmacy of the Eastern Léman Hospitals (PHEL) is responsible for the supply of medicines and pharmaceutical assistance to hospitals, as well as various care facilities in Eastern Léman (including the Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais).

To complete our team, we are looking for a:

Pharmacy Assistant M/F at 100%

The main duties of this position are

· Preparation, distribution and billing of medicines and equipment ordered by the services: Rennaz site, external sites: Nant Foundation, Lavaux Hospital and Rive-Neuve Foundation, using the Opale software

· Validation of internal prescriptions under delegation from pharmacists

· Management and monitoring of stock in care units

· Supply of computerised secure cabinets in care units (Rennaz site)

· Ordering medicines from PHEL (external sites)

· Management and monitoring of pharmacy stock (external sites)

We require

· A Federal VET Diploma as a pharmacy assistant or an equivalent qualification, as well as a valid driving licence (private vehicle required)

· A dynamic and motivated personality who enjoys responsibility, is autonomous and versatile

· Flexibility regarding working hours, locations and activities

· Basic knowledge of IT tools such as Word and Excel; knowledge of Opale software would be an asset

· Experience in a hospital environment would be an additional advantage
