Speech Therapist in Early Childhood (a)
40% - 60% | Lucerne | Immediate start or by arrangement
Do you want to make small developmental steps big? With us, you accompany toddlers and their families individually, flexibly and in an interdisciplinary team with time, impact and genuine closeness to everyday life.
Your tasks
- You conduct speech therapy assessments and therapies.
- You provide parents with practical advice and strengthen their confidence in handling situations.
- You work closely with the special needs early childhood educators and view children’s development holistically. You promote exchange with professionals and keep an eye on language development.
- You maintain constant communication with your colleagues in the speech therapy team to discuss current topics and develop new, creative approaches.
- You organise your working day independently and flexibly.
Your profile
- You hold a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Therapy or a comparable qualification recognised by the EDK.
- Ideally, you have already completed the CAS in Language Acquisition Disorders in Early Childhood and Preschool Age. If not, we are happy to support you on this path.
- If you already have professional experience in early childhood, this is an additional advantage.
- Patience, empathy and joy in working with toddlers with special needs characterise you.
- You bring your knowledge and experience with commitment to our team and thus positively shape the future of our work.
