To strengthen our Rail Service team, we are looking for a reliable person as Clerk Rail Service West for the Gränichen location, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You support the Rail Service West site manager in administrative and organisational tasks
• You assist in the planning, documentation, and follow-up of maintenance work on infrastructure facilities
• You accompany the Rail Service West site manager as well as foremen and supervisors during field surveys and support with recording and documentation
• You prepare evaluations, statistics, and documents for authorities and external bodies
• You maintain the documentation and directories of infrastructure facilities
• You coordinate material procurement and third-party services and assist with tasks in SAP
• You contribute to the maintenance of the quality management system as well as compliance with regulations, standards, and safety requirements
• You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and support field surveys and recordings
• You manage smaller projects from planning to implementation

Your profile

• Completed commercial training
• Technical understanding and interest in infrastructure and railway facilities
• Very good MS Office skills and a high IT affinity
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Enjoy working with various internal and external stakeholders
