For our two Volg branches in Mettmenstetten and Hedingen, we are looking for motivated individuals from November 1, 2025 or by arrangement as Deputy Store Manager / Trainee Management Talent for Store Management (m/f/d) 80-100%.

Essentially, you are responsible for the following tasks

Always "fresh and friendly" advice and support for our customers
You support the store management in various work processes
Ensuring concept-compliant and appealing product presentation
Ensuring and organizing a regulated daily routine in the sales outlet
Various administrative tasks

The ideal profile includes

Training in retail (EFZ), food sector
At least 2 years of professional experience
Enjoyment of active customer contact
Interest in developing leadership skills, we are happy to train you.
High self- and social competence
