About us
LGT is the world’s largest private banking and asset management group owned by an entrepreneurial family. As the family office of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, we impress you with many years of experience in managing large fortunes.
Your area of responsibility
In this role, you continuously develop, operate and optimise solutions with Temenos Data Source (TDS) that enable reliable, timely and high-quality data supply in the bank. Together with stakeholders from business areas, IT and operations, you contribute to stable data deliveries, effective application operations and sustainable solutions in a regulated banking environment.
- You configure, develop, operate and optimise TDS solutions for data extraction, transformation, interfaces and reporting-relevant data flows.
- You ensure the accuracy, timeliness, completeness and reliability of the data provided via TDS.
- You are responsible for the operation and support of the TDS platform in production and ensure availability, stability, performance as well as compliance with security and operational standards.
- You monitor planned data processes, interfaces and data deliveries, analyse incidents and causes and implement sustainable preventive measures.
- You design and expand scalable data warehouses, ETL pipelines and data models to support business and regulatory requirements.
- You integrate internal systems with third-party applications and data providers, working closely with business analysts, product owners, end users and external partners.
- You develop, test and maintain high-quality software and configurations according to internal standards, best practices and change management processes.
Your profile
- You have a degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering or a comparable field; equivalent practical experience is also welcome.
- You bring several years of relevant experience in software or data development, data engineering, data integration, reporting solutions or application operations – ideally in the financial services environment.
- You have practical experience with Temenos Data Source (TDS), especially with data models, interfaces, configurations as well as solutions for data extraction, transformation and reporting.
- You possess sound knowledge in data warehousing, ETL pipelines and relational databases; knowledge of Oracle databases as well as SQL and/or PL/SQL is highly desirable.
- You have experience in incident management, root cause analysis and operation of business-critical applications in a controlled production environment.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented and cross-team manner and communicate clearly in English with various stakeholders.
Desirable qualifications
- Knowledge of Avaloq, market data providers and their interfaces (e.g. Bloomberg, SIX or comparable providers) as well as Java, Bash scripting, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, OpenShift or comparable container platforms.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum working methods and cloud-based data platforms.
Please note that we cannot consider applications via recruitment agencies for this position.
