We, Herzog Elmiger, a long-established and innovative family business, are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, reliable and customer-oriented person with great joy and fascination for the product wood. Our customers are joineries, carpentries and other wood-processing companies, mainly in Central Switzerland and the neighbouring cantons as well as in Ticino.

To strengthen our internal sales team, we are looking for a committed person with pronounced sales talent and an independent, team-oriented working style. Are you ready to dive into the fascinating world of the timber trade with us?

Your area of responsibility and design:

• advise our customers by phone with your courteous and flexible manner
• together with your team colleagues, you are responsible for the entire quotation and sales processing in the field of interior fitting
• ensure the operational day-to-day business and the satisfaction of our customers
• regularly monitor your pending orders and quotations
• make situational clarifications with suppliers
• perform general tasks related to consulting and order processing
• support the field service administratively
• take on occasional assignments in the exhibition

You have/are…

• a background in wood processing, preferably as a joiner, and have also completed commercial training
• a sales personality with doer qualities
• likeable, convincing and with the right instinct for customers - with a strong sales presence and clear communication
• proficient in common Office programmes - BC is an advantage
