About the job

What you will be doing here exactly:

• Analysing suspicious transactions
• Telephone customer contact in case of irregular card usage to prevent fraud and credit card misuse
• Independent handling of card blocks and limits, ordering replacement cards, etc.
• Sending reports to the Fraud Prevention Team in case of fraudulent transactions
• Working in a 24h shift operation on all days of the week (including night shifts)

How to get along well with us:

• Completed vocational training, preferably in a commercial field
• Fluent language skills in German and French are required. Being articulate in Italian is an advantage
• Very good MS Office user skills and general IT affinity
• Resilient, flexible, service- and solution-oriented personality who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment and has a swift and reliable working style
