In this responsible role, a central task is undertaken in the areas of occupational safety, health protection, and fire protection. The position significantly contributes to ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines, sustainably strengthening the safety culture, and implementing effective prevention and protection measures.
What you achieve
- Implementation and assurance of compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines in the areas of occupational safety, health protection, and fire protection
- Ensuring the application of the AS/GS manual and the associated valid documents
- Promotion of the occupational safety culture within the company as well as raising awareness, training, and advising employees and managers
- Identification of hazards, risk assessment, and planning of appropriate measures
- Participation in the continuous development of the ISO 14001 certified occupational safety and environmental concept
- Implementation of various occupational safety projects and campaigns as well as participation in audits
What you bring
- Education: Federal Specialist Certificate
- Field: Experience in an industrial environment (preferably food industry)
- Professional experience: 3-5 years, further training as safety officer EKAS, training in AS/GS as well as fire protection training advantageous
- Professional experience and legal knowledge in the areas of occupational safety, health protection, and fire protection
- Experience with risk analyses and hazard assessments
- Experience in accident investigation and incident management
- Knowledge in prevention, emergency management, and safety concepts
- Experience in conducting or supporting audits and inspections
- Experience in training and instructing employees and managers as well as Lean Management
- Motivation to actively help shape a sustainable safety culture within the company
- Solution-oriented and responsible working style
- Advisory, communicative, and sociable personality
- German (B1)
