Your tasks
- You accompany and care for patients with mental illnesses in an inpatient setting and contribute to their well-being as well as to a stable and safe environment.
- You assist with nursing and care activities according to your qualification and carry these out in compliance with applicable quality, hygiene and safety standards.
- With your calm, appreciative and empathetic manner, you build trust, provide orientation and give patients security in challenging situations.
- You make an important contribution to promoting the independence, resources and quality of life of patients in everyday life.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or as a health specialist EFZ.
- You are characterised by a high sense of responsibility, reliability and a careful way of working.
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written, and communicate appreciatively and professionally with patients, relatives and colleagues.
- You are flexible and willing to take on assignments at short notice as well as on weekends and public holidays.
- Your resilience, helpfulness and ability to work in a team make you a valued support for patients and the entire treatment team.
- A respectful approach to people and a pronounced empathy complete your profile.

Preboarding

First day of work
On the first day, you will be onboarded in your new team and with other colleagues. You will set up your new workplace and get an overview of your upcoming tasks. You will also receive your individual induction plan, which will help you to find your way around quickly.
